LMI excels in commercial new construction and remodeling electrical projects. We install, maintain, inspect and repair all aspects, including power, lighting, structural cabling, and fire alarm systems.

Industrial

LMI serves many industrial customers throughout the Quad Cities area. Electrical control, VFD installation and programming, equipment wiring, and preventative maintenance programs are provided by our qualified electricians.

Design/Build

We have experienced estimators ready to help you with your electrical projects from print table to completion.

Aerial

LMI supports customers with an aerial service that includes four trucks with a maximum reach of 75 feet.  We install and maintain exterior poles, building lights and services, and repair fluorescent and LED signage.  Our fleet also consists of a digger derrick truck used to auger holes, set poles, and handle materials.

Siren

LMI works with surrounding communities to upgrade and maintain outdoor warning siren systems that alert the public in the event of dangerous weather conditions and other emergencies.
